A Belt for a Boy

Luke just made the transition into 5T clothes, which he needs for length but not for the waist circumference.  My poor skinny child looks like a gangster with his pants around his bottom.  {Was that totally politically incorrect?}

I found this cute belt idea and pretty much copied it.  I even had a similar ribbon in my scrapbook box.

I think it’s so cute and so boy-ish.  And Luke no longer has to grab his pants when he runs.

    What a great idea. It must be easy for him to undo and tighten.

    So clever! I remember those days. I have a 13yr daughter who can still wear a size 8 jeans if they were only long enough!
