I am part of the Mom It Forward Blogger Network. Mom It Forward and Dole partnered in support of this campaign. Dole compensated me for participation in this campaign but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

With five kids in our family, we have a lot of game days! While my kids love to play sports and are motivated and dedicated, it’s still important that I help them gear up for game day!   are a great way to help my kiddos stay energized for their games!

My daughter plays both recreational and competitive soccer which means she’s hitting the soccer field year-round, practicing two or three times a week, and playing in games and tournaments on the weekends.  All that outside play is fantastic {even in the Texas heat} and I love that my girl has such an active lifestyle.  To keep her energy up, we make sure she stays well hydrated by drinking lots of water before and during the game and we give her healthy snacks like Dole Fruit Squish’Ems.

Dole Fruit Squish’Ems are the perfect, convenient halftime snack for my little player and for the whole team. {My other kids think they’re perfect for spectators too!}  The BPA-free squeezable pouches contain one full serving of fruit and are only 60 calories.  They’re GMO free, gluten free, and contain no high fructose corn syrup or artificial flavors.

They sound great, right?  And even better when you add an encouraging message for the little athletes {you can download this free printable below}.

Brandi Chastain has her own helpful Game Day Tips:

Teach your kids, by example, how to be a good sport and a gracious winner or loser.
Be physically and mentally prepared for game day.
Practice, improve, and earn what you get on the field.
Pack extra gear for game day.
Check for any last minute game day field or time changes.
Listen to your favorite music to get energized for the game.
Get hydrated before the game and stay hydrated during the game.
Learn how to be a good winner and a good loser and treat others with respect.

We are a multi-sport family and we LOVE squeeze pouches. They’re awesome for the toddler and convenient for my older kiddo when he’s on the go. I didn’t realize Dole made these so I’m definitely going to have to check them out.!
