My twins are eight today!  They’re such fabulous little people and I’m so grateful to be their mom.  Experiencing life with twins has been such an amazing blessing to me.  This afternoon, I’m popping in to their class and bringing a sweet treat to share with their classmates: an 8 is great donut treat {complete with a free printable treat topper so you can make some too}.

8 is great donut treat

I packed two mini donuts in small treat bags, one on top of the other so they look like the number eight …

… then added a simple treat topper.  Scroll to the bottom of the post to download your own treat topper.  Simply cut it out along the black lines and fold it in half, then glue it to the top of the treat bag.

It makes a fun treat and, at our school, even though it’s repackaged it still counts as storebought.  Total score … I’m following the rules and still bringing something with a unique twist.

8 is great favor

Grab the treat topper printable here: 8 is Great Treat Topper and celebrate your eight year old!

Just saw this on the “Top Pins” board and I had to pin it for my daughter’s birthday! Our oldest will be turning 8 this year and she would LOVE this! Great idea, Randi!!

I just used the little lollipop bags from the cake and candy decorating aisle at my craft store. Happy Birthday to your daughter!
