A Green Apple Laundry Room

I’ve been wanting to paint my laundry room for quite some time.  It was a blah white and everything just faded into everything else.

For the amount of time I spend in there, washing clothes for seven, it really needed to be a bit more fun.

I thought bright green would look great against the cubbies and swimsuit hooks and really set off the white cabinets.  I used Granny Smith Apple by Glidden and we all just love it.

The room has no natural light so it’s difficult to get good photos but these give you an idea.

Laundry day is going to be a lot brighter this week.

Isn’t it amazing what a coat of paint can do? I hope you enjoy your laundry room! 😀

Love it! My laundry room is green (SW’s Lime Rickey) with white cabs, too. If you have to do laundry, you might as well have a cheery room to do it in! Nice work, my friend. 🙂

oh Randi! I love it and I’m inspired! Our whole house is boring white. I wish I had an eye for color. You know what the greatest woman ever said, “nothing is impossible with God”. I’m sure that applies to paint colors!
