The blog isn’t the only thing getting a new look these days.  After adding a wall to close in our study, painting the house got moved to the top of the list {after all, you can only live with bare drywall for so long}.

I usually do the painting around here but this house has vaulted ceilings and painting the walls would require a lift or an extremely tall ladder.  And a very brave person.

So, for the first time ever, we hired a professional crew to paint.  They painted the front entrance {including the new wall}, the dining room, the stairway, and the family room.  We chose Sherwin Williams Latte for the color.

And it looks amazing.  This company was so fair in price and they did such a quality job.  Ready to see?

I love it!  It’s amazing how a little paint can warm up a house.
