    I have several Mexican girlfriends and they find it really funny that Americans commemorate “Cinco de Mayo,” a date that means NOTHING for them… Why do you commemorate it?

      I’ve heard that from other people. Who knows why we do? It’s become an American tradition, I guess. Kind of crazy, huh?
