Did you know today is National Pumpkin Cheesecake Day? If I weren’t desperately trying to finish the final kid costume before the neighborhood fall festival today, I’d be baking one of these.
Deluxe Pumpkin Cheesecake with a gingersnap crust and caramel topping sounds like a great combination. I’ve made a gingersnap crust before and it was awesome!
I’m completely intrigued by this Pumpkin Goat Cheese Cheesecake. Phil isn’t a big goat cheese fan but I love it.
I bet the marshmallow sour cream topping on this cake gives it a great flavor contrast. I might add this one to our Thanksgiving Dinner menu.
And you can’t really go wrong when you add chocolate to something, can you? I like the simplicity of this recipe.
