International Delight Coffee Frappe

My favorite treat this summer, hands down, is International Delight Iced Coffee.  Every afternoon, while my youngest naps and the other kids watch a show, I pour a glass of my favorite flavor {original} and enjoy a little quiet.

This week I decided to experiment and whip up a little barista-style homemade coffee treat.  The result: this frothy goodness I call coffee frappe with sweet cream whip and salted caramel drizzle.  Doesn’t that sound yummy?

To make this coffee goodness, I went to Walmart and bought International Delight Iced Coffee {original flavor}, International Delight Sweet Cream Coffee Creamer, and whipping cream.

I also used caramel syrup and salt {I used Himalayan Pink Salt but any salt would work}.

To make the frappe, blend one cup of iced coffee with one cup of crushed ice until smooth.  Pour into a glass.

Whip a cup of whipping cream until fully whipped then lightly stir in 1/2 cup of flavored creamer.  Spoon over the frappe.

To make the salted caramel sauce, stir together 1/4 cup caramel sauce and 1 teaspoon salt.  Drizzle over the whipped cream {the more, the better!}.

The whipped cream and caramel will sink into the frappe and the blended flavors are so good together!  You really can’t go wrong with salted caramel, can you?

Happy coffee drinking!
