If you haven’t made no-churn ice cream before, it’s super simple and requires no special tools or machines, making it so easy! You can experiment with your own flavors, customizing ice cream any way you like.
In a bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and set it aside.
In a blender, blend the sweetened condensed milk, grapefruit, and basil then stir gently into the fluffy whipped cream. {Even if you absolutely love basil, don’t be tempted to add more. The fresh basil is strong and adding more will leave the ice cream with an after-taste.}
Spread the mixture into a square pan, and freeze it for a few hours until the mixture is solid.
Scoop it into bowls, add any of your favorite toppings …
… and you have creamy, homemade ice cream that couldn’t have been easier to make!
