Lately I’m really into the London Fog Tea Latte at my local coffee shop and I decided to try making my own {much cheaper} version at home. This earl grey tea latte recipe costs a fraction of the coffee house price to make at home and it’s equally delicious … and easy, too!
To make an earl grey tea latte at home, you’ll need
two earl grey tea bags {any brand is fine}
milk {I prefer to use nonfat}
and 1-2 tablespoons vanilla syrup {sugar free or regular}.
Place two tea bags in a cup or mug and fill halfway with boiling water. Let the tea bags steep while preparing the milk.
Warm 1/2 to 1 cup of milk in the microwave and use a frother to froth the milk as much as you like.
Pour the milk over the steeped tea, add a few spoonfuls of milk foam, stir in one tablespoon of vanilla syrup …
… and enjoy. This hot drink is such a comforting beverage for fall and winter and one of my favorites!

Oh my goodness, this sounds like heaven in a cup! I just need to get the vanilla syrup and I am going to relax with a cup of your Earl Grey Tea Latte with my feet up!
Yum! Earl grey is my favourite!
Oh my goodness that sound’s wonderful!
Love the cute patterned “to go” cup you used. I’m going to have to find some for all our warm drinks this season!
