Back to School Inspiration

I’m definitely not ready to send the kids back to school yet and it’s freaked me out just a bit to see all the school supplies in the stores but I have seen some really cute school goodness on etsy and I thought I’d share a few of my favorites for some back to school inspiration.

These mini red pencils are adorable.  Short, stubby, totally cute.  They’d be great as little party favors or in my Bunko box.  Hmm … might have to order some.

I’m a sucker for paper goods and I love these sweet index cards.  Perfect for taking notes or so cute for a school-themed party or as wish notes at a baby shower.

Luke would love this shark pencil case.  Isn’t it fun?  Besides carrying pencils, it would be so cute as a goody bag for a birthday pool party.

I love all things vintage and these yellow school lunch trays are calling my name.

And who doesn’t love industrial lockers?  We already have some in our house but I’d love to have some in the gameroom for toy storage as well.  I kind of doubt I’ll be able to talk Phil into that!

Lockers
This vintage Italian notebook would make a fun journal or even a cute homework assignment book.

Are you ready to send the kids back to school?  Or do you just want to buy the supplies like I do?

I love the start of school. It makes me miss teaching sometimes. I buy the supplies and become all giddy inside. Crayons, pencils, glue. Love it all. Don’t know what I’ll do when the kids have all graduated and moved out. Guess I’ll take the grandkids shopping for back to school supplies.

I had to laugh when I saw note with the lockers. The first thing I thought of was the post about the first ones that entered your house and concluded that Phil will never go for that! lol!

I haven’t been to school for years and back to school talk still makes me sad. It just became summer here.
