Amphibians

Luke is a lizard-lovin’ little boy so when the sisters were thinking of Christmas ideas for him, amphibians were an obvious choice.  I helped them create a couple of things that have been a huge hit with their brother.

We used my Silhouette and bright yellow heat transfer material {that I won in a contest – woohoo!} to create a gecko shirt …

… and drilled a hole through a dollar store lizard to make a necklace.  The necklace has hardly left Luke’s neck.

Both projects were cheap and simple and won a little redhead’s heart.

I’ve started truncating my posts … please pop over to my blog to read the rest!

I’m totally jealous of your silhouette. These are both great ideas and I especially love that the kids helped make them. I will be remembering the toy necklace idea. Thanks so much for sharing.
