Homemade Valentines :: Stamp of Approval

Tate gave homemade stamp of approval valentines at her playgroup party this year!

Like most three year olds, Tate loves art supplies: markers, stamps, glue sticks … the messier, the better.  If you have a three year old, you can relate, right?  Since she’s so into stamps, she thought it would be fun to give some to her friends as well.

We bought cute stamps in the valentine section at Walmart …

… and attached heart-shaped tags with this text: “valentine, you get my stamp of approval”.  Tate added a little artwork to each tag.

Simple and sweet, just how I like it.

Randi Dukes About Randi Dukes

I’m Randi, a wife and stay-at-home mom of five kids, ranging from preschool to high school. I love strong coffee, craft and DIY projects, my planner, my laptop, and my big ol’ family. When I’m not creating something for my blog, I can be found in the car, running kids from one place to another. I’m the one knitting at the red light.

  2. So cute & it’s not candy!!! After I made mine today I thought how I really should have done something not edible. But I do think mine are cute. Going to attempt to finish in the morning so I can share on the blog tomorrow.

  3. Super cute! Her friends will love it!

  4. I love this idea. I have been looking for a idea for my daughters 1st grade class, I think that she might approve of this!!! I was trying to stay away from candy, I did a blog on flower crayons that I will be turning into Valentine’s soon for my other daughters preschool class, but she didn’t want them for hers, Thanks for sharing!!!
